PhysioYoga is for anyone who’s ever felt like yoga wasn’t made for them.

You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. Whether you’re in a larger body, living with chronic conditions, identifying in diverse ways or just haven’t felt supported in other spaces, you’re welcome here.

I teach a wonderfully diverse mix of adults, from 18 to 75+, using practices that are accessible, inclusive and meet you where you are at.
