What is PhysioYoga and what makes it different?

Being both a physio and yoga teacher, I see where things often fall short. Physios can be limited to focus only on the immediate issue, while yoga teachers tend to lack the science to guide you safely or effectively. PhysioYoga bridges that gap.

It combines evidence-based practices you can trust with a whole-body approach. Your physical and mental health are closely linked, and this practice supports both by helping you explore how thoughts, emotions, physical sensations and movement all influence each other. I bring 15+ years of experience and a solid understanding of how the body works to every class and mini-retreat.

PhysioYoga is also inclusive, adaptable and focused on practical skills. It’s not about perfect poses or pushing through. Everybody is different, and so are your needs. I meet you where you are at, with clear guidance and flexible options to help you find what feels good and supportive.

Whether you’re dealing with pain, stress or just want to feel better day to day, this practice helps you build confidence in how you move and care for yourself, whatever life throws your way.
